1. Public beta status
EnjoyBoat may launch first as a public beta in selected destinations. Some listings, content, translations, payment methods and operational workflows may still be improved after launch.
EnjoyBoat launch policy
EnjoyBoat is launching as a curated marketplace. Users should verify details directly with the owner before confirming a trip. Localized legal copy can be expanded after counsel review; the English starter text remains the controlling draft for launch preparation.

EnjoyBoat may launch first as a public beta in selected destinations. Some listings, content, translations, payment methods and operational workflows may still be improved after launch.
Listings are provided by owners or entered by admins from available information. Availability, pricing, routes, capacity, included services, documents and photos should be confirmed before a trip is finalized.
Owners and operators are responsible for safe vessel operation, required licenses, insurance, safety equipment, local maritime rules and captain/crew qualifications. Renters should follow crew instructions and local regulations.
Boating depends on weather, sea conditions, port rules and operational safety decisions. Trips may need to change, reschedule or cancel for safety reasons.
Insurance badges or document reviews mean admin has reviewed information provided by an owner. They are not a guarantee of coverage, claims approval, legal compliance or trip safety. Users should request proof and confirm details before payment.
Content on EnjoyBoat is general marketplace information and is not legal, safety, insurance, maritime, tax or travel advice.
If a listing appears inaccurate, suspicious, duplicated, unsafe or legally questionable, use the listing report form or contact the admin team.
