Owners are responsible for vessel registration, local permits, tax/VAT requirements, marina permission, captain/skipper licenses, commercial activity rules and any other local requirements.
Owners must maintain appropriate insurance for the trip type and passengers. They should upload proof when requested and update expired documents before accepting bookings.
Owners/captains must provide required safety equipment, passenger briefings, capacity controls, emergency procedures and safe operational decisions based on conditions.
